Job & Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison, delivering exceptional administrative support for auditing, company secretarial, and taxation services.
  • Project Management: Proactively monitor project milestones, ensuring seamless collaboration among partners and team members to meet critical deadlines.
  • Accounting Excellence: Utilize advanced Excel skills to transform bank transaction data into accurate trial balances, leveraging your strong foundation in accounting principles.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide vital support to our Hong Kong team in audit and accounting functions, contributing to our collective success.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize client files meticulously, ensuring our records are current and easily accessible.
  • Data Entry Support: Assist with inputting and managing large volumes of data into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project needs.
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or a related area, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Prior experience working with ERP systems and comfortable handling large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in financial modelling and data analysis, along with a solid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in Chinese is a must. Preferably Cantonese speaker.
