Job summary

A leading company in Malaysia is looking for a Junior Accounting Analyst to join their Management Reporting team. This position involves assisting in daily accounting operations, managing balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing financial statements. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a salary range of RM3000 to RM4500 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Min 1-3 years experience in Accounting/Finance preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Certifications like LCCI & ACCA are advantages.
• Intermediate knowledge in Data Entry; familiar with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the Accounting team.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliation issues.
• Prepare financial statements for various stakeholders.

Accounting Analyst

Junior level and fresh grad: RM3000- RM3200
1 to 4 years full set accounting experience: RM3200-RM4500
Must be degree in accounting
Under Management reporting team
Reports to Assistant manager
Willing to work extra hours for peak period/adhoc tasks
Must work in office 5 days during probation (6 months)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involve and assist in Accounting team on daily operation matters.
• Assist in managing balance sheet reconciliation issues for TCAPM Group & Perform journal for TCAPM group.
• Involve and assist for Project related to Accounting team.
• Assist to prepare financial statement for external and internal parties.
• Assist to perform analysis and variance comparison for financial figures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Degree in Accounting/Accounting & Finance.
• Possess certifications like LCCI & ACCA additional advantages.
• Min 1-3 years experiences in Accounting/Finance, but Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply (has learned accounting experience during internship).
• Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum intermediate knowledges in Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Accounting Software Knowledge.
