What you'll do:

1. Accounting Supervision
   Supervise bookkeepers, providing guidance and support. Review and verify monthly financial records, payroll information for tax filings, ensure compliance with standards, and proficiently use Xero for accounting tasks and training.
2. Financial Reporting
   Prepare and review financial statements, ensure timely reporting, and handle GST filings at each period's end.
3. Client Advisory
   Serve as the main contact for clients on accounting-related queries.

Who you are:

• 3-5 years of experience in an outsourcing firm is preferred.
• Experience with cloud accounting platforms and diverse client portfolios is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax and accounting standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
• Independent, accountable, and proactive problem-solver.
