We are seeking a high-caliber (Senior)Accountant to join our finance team, playing a crucial role in the month-end closing process of designated area for multiple markets. This position will support the Manager in Financial Accounting & Reporting, ensuring quality service and specializing in key financial closing activities

- Lead the month-end closing processes for various financial activities, including lease accounting, fixed asset management, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and provide timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Support internal control initiatives, such as stock counts, physical asset audits, and financial statement controls.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors, resolving any inquiries and ensuring accurate financial documentation.
- Act as a key contributor in financial projects to enhance the operational health of the business.

What You Can Bring To The Team…
- Qualifications: Diploma or above in Accounting, with professional membership (e.g. CPA, ACCA).
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience, preferably within retail, with a deep understanding of month-end closing processes.
- Skills: Proficiency in both oral and written English, along with expertise in IFRS standards, financial reporting, and CHANEL’s Chart of Accounts.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Analytical skills to identify and address potential discrepancies in financial data.
