Accountant / Senior Account Cum HR Executive

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to write & converse in Mandarin, English & Malay.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting, HR, or a combined role.
  • Familiar with SQL Accounting & Payroll System.
  • Background in handling construction accounts will be an added advantage.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to prepare full set of accounts including bookkeeping, financial statements/report generation & analysis, journal entries/ audit adjustments.
  • Maintain proper financial reports and filing systems.
  • Liaise with bank/auditor/tax agent for year-end closing account preparation & submission.
  • Prepare monthly payroll & timely statutory contribution submissions, staff claims & other HR-related tasks.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
