about the company
Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with an SSC for the RTR team's expansion.
We are currently looking for an RTR Accountant, who will report to the RTR manager to support the migration of new countries and stabilize the internal process.

about the job

  1. Assist with journal entries, ensuring accurate and timely posting to the general ledger.
  2. Support the month-end and year-end closing process by preparing reconciliations, accruals, and financial reports.
  3. Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, investigate discrepancies, and support the resolution process.
  4. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules for management and auditors.
  5. Help maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  6. Prepare and maintain documentation for financial reporting, ensuring that all records are ready for internal and external audits.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper accounting of transactions and compliance with internal controls.

It'll be good if you are

  • Experienced in both Shared Service environments and commercial companies
  • Local Malaysia resident (must)
  • Interested in project exposure
  • Degree in accounting is preferable
  • Good knowledge of end-to-end processes for Record-to-Report (RTR)
  • Experienced in audit or owning an accounting-related professional membership would be an advantage
