We are inviting applications for the role of Accountant Record to Report (RTR).

In this role, you will collaborate with team members across the company to accomplish tasks such as budgeting, cash flow management, corporate reporting, month-end close activities, fixed assets management, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process month-end journals, perform closing and reporting activities, and communicate with stakeholders regarding exceptions or deviations.
• Manage the general ledger, including reconciliation, revenue, inventory, cost, intercompany accounting, accruals, provisions, pre-payments, trial balance, and financial statements.
• Handle fixed asset accounting, including project setup, asset capitalization, depreciation, and asset disposal or impairment.
• Manage cost and revenue allocations, including setup, analysis, and validation of entries.
• Perform tasks supporting compliance, planning, and process execution independently.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or CA from an accredited institution.
• Relevant accounting experience post-degree.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Good analytical skills.

Preferred qualifications

• ACCA, CPA, or CIMA certification.
• Good knowledge of GAAP, controls, policies, and compliance.
• Experience in audit, commercial settings, or SSCs.
• Background in life or general insurance.
