Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with document preparation, data entry, and recordkeeping to ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
  2. Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues in documents.
  3. Verify financial transactions through document audits.
  4. Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
  5. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
  6. Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial statements.
  7. Support other accounting-related projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Willing to adjust rest days to Saturday or Sunday.
  2. Minimum diploma qualification in a relevant accounting field.
  3. Candidates with 1–2 years of related working experience are welcome.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Good written and spoken English and Chinese skills (required to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients).
