Job description

In line with our expansion, we are now seeking to recruit a few dedicated and dynamic persons to join our organization.

Responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing full set of accounts and preparing management accounts/financial reports.
2. Reviewing payment vouchers, debit/credit notes, claims, bank reconciliations, and other reports prepared by the accounts team.
3. Familiarity with computerized accounting systems in AP, AR, and GL.
4. Other experience areas include stock control, cash flow and banking management, project accounting, compliance with audit requirements, and mandatory reporting.
5. Performing daily administrative work to ensure efficient operations.
6. Assisting with ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting; candidates with part-qualified qualifications (ACCA/CIMA) are encouraged to apply.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills required: SQL, MS Excel, MS Word.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Responsible, committed, with integrity, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
