Job description

Ensure timely, proper accounting and validation of intercompany billing.

Provide General Ledger and Financial Services support to the specified country/location in compliance with the Service Level Agreement.

Ensure proper and correct integration of data from sub-systems into the General Ledger system.

Perform month-end close accruals for each location where needed.

Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliation and aging on a monthly basis.

Support the specified country/location in providing actual information required for special projects or surveys.

Follow up with Controllers/Managers to obtain customer feedback and customer satisfaction ratings of services provided.

Liaise with various locations on inter-company chargebacks.

Support Corporate Accounting in maintaining General Ledger policies and procedures for SOX compliance.

Ensure proper record retention for all General Ledger records in compliance with corporate and local site requirements.

Analyze month-to-month expenses against forecasted expenses.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Professional Degree in Accounting.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

Field of Experience:

Familiarity with accounting systems.

Experience with audit and internal controls.

Strong accounting knowledge.

Preferably with MNC experience.

Attributes:

Ability to lead projects.

Good command of English and effective communication skills across various levels, internal and external.
