Job summary

SPC Industries Sdn Bhd, a reputable precast concrete firm based in Malaysia, is seeking a diligent accounting professional to manage monthly reporting, reconciliations, and tax compliance. You will prepare management reports, handle stock analysis, depreciation schedules, and coordinate with bankers, auditors, and authorities.

The ideal candidate holds ACCA or equivalent, has 3 years of accounting experience, and demonstrates strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication

Qualifications

• ACCA certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and perform financial analysis.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Conduct monthly stock variance/scrap analysis and reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly stock revaluation report.
• Update and maintain monthly fixed assets/depreciation schedules and perform fixed assets tagging.
• Prepare quarterly corporate tax computation for management review.
• Oversee SST exemption applications and renewals with local authorities.
• Prepare and submit SST returns in compliance with SST regulations and timeline.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities.
• Any ad hoc task as required by the management.
