Job Scope:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Data entry of account documents (Excel)
• Managing Full Set Accounts (AutoCount)
• Manage SOA, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and aging
• Perform data entry for CN, DN, OR, PV, and bank reconciliation
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and secretaries

Preparation of Financial Statements:

• Profit and Loss statements
• Monthly payments (variable and fixed costs)
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Daily summaries

Payroll (SQL Payroll):

• Payroll processing and government submissions
• Staff advance (cash) and staff claims (monthly)

Government Submissions:

• Sales & Service Tax (SST)
• FB Withholding Tax
• CP204 (Corporate Tax)
• EPF
• SOCSO
