Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree. Certification from accounting bodies (ACCA/MACPA/ICAEW/CPA, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and administer accounting systems for individuals and organizations.
• Examine and analyze financial records for accuracy and compliance.
• Advise on, plan, and implement budgeting, accounting policies, and systems.
• Prepare and certify financial statements for management, shareholders, and statutory bodies.
• Prepare tax returns, advise on taxation issues, and handle disputes with tax authorities.
• Report on profit forecasts and budgets.
• Conduct financial investigations related to fraud, insolvency, or bankruptcy.
• Audit accounts and bookkeeping records.
• Advise management on financial matters such as productivity, stock, sales, and new products.
• Develop and control systems to determine unit costs.
• Communicate with affiliates and authorities.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of KWSP, SOCSO, and medical claims.
