Job summary

A global communications firm seeks to hire a Finance Support Role within their Kuala Lumpur office. The successful candidate will assist the Finance Manager with operations including budgeting, billings, and intercompany transactions while bringing strong financial experience and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and proficiency in Microsoft Excel among other financial tools.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus.

Min. 3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
