Job Responsibilities:

Accountant Assistant:

  • Prioritize candidates with audit experience OR experience in preparing full set of small company accounts.
  • Input data into Bukku accounting software (training provided).
  • Make payments, do claims, filings, and documentation.
  • Reconcile payments and sales with bank statements.
  • Check and update invoices and banking transactions.
  • Ensure tasks are carried out professionally, ethically, and timely.
  • Handle basic admin tasks.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Work independently with a good attitude, collaborate well with all levels, possess initiative, and follow instructions.

Admin Executive:

  • Assist Accounts Department with daily tasks: checking invoices and claims, maintaining financial records, filing, payments, creating invoices.
  • Design social media content and manage social media accounts.
  • PA to center manager.
  • Prepare letters, handle school licensing, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain filing system and document matching.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
  • Fresh graduates from any field are encouraged to apply.
