Une entreprise de premier plan en Malaisie recherche un Assistant Comptable pour superviser les opérations financières. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en comptabilité, une expérience en cabinet d'audit, et des compétences en Microsoft Office. Ce poste implique la gestion des comptes et la préparation des états financiers tout en soutenant la prise de décision de gestion.

Qualifications

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un cabinet d'audit.
  • Expérience dans la gestion des comptes F&B est un avantage.
  • Proficient in English and additional language proficiency advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Surveiller les opérations comptables et financières quotidiennes.
  • Gérer les fonctions de comptes créditeurs et débiteurs.
  • Préparer les états financiers mensuels et le budget annuel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and monitor daily accounting and finance operations
  2. Monitor cashflow forecast and actual
  3. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, and ensure Bank Reconciliation is performed timely
  4. Perform month-end closing and General Ledger maintenance
  5. Prepare monthly Financial Statements, Annual budgeting, and Cash Flow projections
  6. Support management decision-making by preparing financial analysis
  7. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and other internal departments
  8. Assist with ad-hoc assignments as required by management

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in an auditing firm
  • Experience in handling F&B accounts is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills) and SQL accounting system advantageous
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English; additional language proficiency is an added advantage
  • Meticulous and committed to meeting tight deadlines
  • Possess a positive working attitude and good team spirit
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Willing to learn and accept new responsibilities
