Job Title: Accountant / Administrative Assistant
  • Diploma or SPM and above in accounting or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Accountant
  • Perform full sets of accounts and oversee financial and accounting operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions.
  • Prepare balance sheets and process invoices.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Verify staff claims and suppliers' invoices.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for bookkeeping.
Administrative Assistant
  • Handle administrative inquiries and provide timely feedback via telephone and email.
  • Support the team with daily operations and provide full administrative support.
  • Prepare POs, follow up on orders, and handle sales-related correspondence.
  • Ensure proper documentation workflow and maintain updated filing systems.
