Are you a detail-oriented Accountant with strong QuickBooks and administrative experience?

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable professional to oversee our financial operations and support our administrative functions. If you have a solid background in accounting, finance, and office management, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  1. Full Set of Accounts
    • Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash Flow.
  2. Financial Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
  3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
    • Handle invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
  4. Tax Compliance
    • Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  5. Financial Reporting
    • Prepare timely financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
  6. Liaison with Institutions
    • Communicate with banks, statutory bodies, auditors, and subsidiaries.
  7. Administrative Support
    • Assist with office operations, filing, data entry, and coordination of internal processes.
  8. General Office Management
    • Help manage schedules, documentation, supplier communications, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
  • Solid administrative experience in an office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of financial compliance and documentation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting

Experience in both accounting and administration will be a strong advantage!
