Requirements:
- Minimum education: Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of SQL software
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Ability to issue invoices/project claims based on client requirements
- Experience in handling full sets of accounts for projects/construction
- Ability to manage yearly audits and annual tax submissions
- Prepare daily bank reconciliation reports
- Maintain proper records and filing system
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Manage petty cash returns and reimbursements
- Handle staff expense claims and input data accordingly
- Monthly bank statement reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis
- Cash flow management and taxation
- Audit financial transactions and document control procedures
- Stay updated with financial policies and regulations
Additional requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Effective communication skills
- Manage calls, emails, correspondence, and maintain office supplies
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
- Process payments and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Liaise with suppliers and customers for billing inquiries
