Requirements:
  • Minimum education: Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to converse in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge of SQL software
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Ability to issue invoices/project claims based on client requirements
  • Experience in handling full sets of accounts for projects/construction
  • Ability to manage yearly audits and annual tax submissions
  • Prepare daily bank reconciliation reports
  • Maintain proper records and filing system
  • Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Manage petty cash returns and reimbursements
  • Handle staff expense claims and input data accordingly
  • Monthly bank statement reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles
  • Financial forecasting and risk analysis
  • Cash flow management and taxation
  • Audit financial transactions and document control procedures
  • Stay updated with financial policies and regulations

Additional requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Manage calls, emails, correspondence, and maintain office supplies
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
  • Process payments and follow up on outstanding accounts
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers for billing inquiries
