Mechanical Quantity Surveyor (Industrial Plant)


Requirements :

1. Qualification : Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Experience : Min 2 years experience in Industrial Plant or Engineering workshop.
3. Preferred with experience in Palm Oil Mill Costing Works.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD software.
5. Preferably male candidates.

Responsibilities :

1. To prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and costing for machinery fabrication works materials and proprietary equipment sizing.
2. Project claims preparation and approval process.
3. To attend to project site matters and project production coordination.
4. Project Cost control and report.

Business Development Engineer


Requirements :

1. Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Professional Certificates in Engineering.
2. Experience : Min 2 years in related field. Candidates well-versed in Autocad and with Engineering Sales Experience are encouraged to apply.
3. Required Skills :Marketing Skills, Autocad, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, (Microsoft Project).

Responsibilities :

1. Traveling across Indonesia and Malaysia for any Business development works, including but not limited to Prospecting, site survey, attending meeting etc.
2. Assist in Project Development Works inclusive but not limited to compiling cost and data for Technical Proposal Preparation, Marketing Meeting, review of drawings, Technical Specification.
3. Assist in Business Development Works inclusive but not limited to Prospecting & Building Rapport with Prospect, Exhibition and Company Website and Social Media Enhancement.
4. Assist in Engineering works such as ACAD Drafting works, Project Site Survey and Progress Claim Verification.
5. Departmental Documentation such as Contract, ISO filling, Bond etc.
6. Assist in Engineering Procurement.

Accountant


Requirements:

1. Qualification Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA.. etc .Finalist of professional qualification will also be considered or Degree in Accounting with not less than 2 years of working experience.
2. Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Computerised Accounting system.
3. Exposure in engineering and plantation environment will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly management report for the group on timely basis.
2. Coordinate with oversea account department to ensure subsidiary account be prepared on timely basis.
3. Supervising and working with account executive/other staff to accomplish given tasks.
4. Assist Finance Director on finance, treasury, annual audit related matters.
5. Undertake ad hoc assignment and duty as and when required.

Account Executive / Account Assistant


Requirements :

1. Accounting degree holder or Finalist in professional accounting qualification.
2. Applicant without degree/professional qualification but have minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity will also be considered.
3. Knowledge of UBS accounting is essential.
4. Experience in working in Microsoft Team environment will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the day to day accounting duties including keying in the accounting data.
2. Prepare month end accounts and reports for timely submission to Management.
3. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and assigned by superior from time to time.


Requirements :

1. Min SPM or Certificate.
2.At least 2years of working experience in a similar capacity.
3.Has a good leadership in managing workers.
4. Has good interpersonal skills.
5.Computer literate, basic skill in MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities:

1. To supervise and monitor production / steel fabrication activities.
2. To control and lead the production workforce.
3. To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, method statements, etc.
4. To assist in monitoring the factory upkeep and maintenance of working machinery.
5. To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.
6. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
7. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
8. To ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.
