Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including but not limited to preparation of monthly closing, group consolidation, financial reports, and analysis.
Compile and present reports, budget variances, and financial statements to management.
Lead annual finance planning and budgeting processes and prepare the annual operating budget.
Apply technical knowledge by proposing policies, procedures, and internal controls that comply with relevant regulations during the preparation of financial reports.
Guide staff in daily activities and the closing of monthly accounts.
Prepare special financial reports requested by management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing financial information and recommending corrective actions to address root causes.
Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
Perform any other duties assigned by superiors and management.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, with certification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is required.
Experience in an audit environment for at least 4 years is an advantage.
Experience in large-scale manufacturing or trading industries is preferred.
Proficient in SAP/ERP systems.
Required skills include MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective team player with a proactive personality.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
