Job Description

An established coatings manufacturer and supplier for industrial paint, ink, and other related products used for industrial applications. Located at Section 33, Shah Alam, we serve as a one-stop coating centre for our customers. Our vision is to create and innovate with the times, as well as to design and deliver customer-specific products.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA/ICAEW/ICAA/CIMA
  • Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in audit, taxation, corporate, and legal matters (preferable)
  • Willingness to travel overseas
Tasks & Responsibilities
  1. Handle accounting and finance, corporate taxation, and legal matters for all companies in the group
  2. Oversee the accounting and finance departments, including subsidiaries (local & overseas)
  3. Prepare consolidated accounts on a monthly basis
  4. Manage taxation matters and liaise with tax consultants for all group companies
  5. Handle corporate and legal matters (an added advantage)
