Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including accounts receivables and payables
• File and keep records, ensuring accurate documentation
• Perform general office administration
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Manage transactions for related companies and follow up on reconciling items
• Ensure compliance of accounting records and systems with company policies, standards, and statutory requirements
• Assist the account manager and handle other assigned tasks
• Complete assignments with minimal supervision
• Work independently within deadlines
• Liaise with clients regarding audit work status, progress, and issues
• Identify audit risks and discuss responses with team members
• Coordinate with clients to finalize audit engagements

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or higher in Accounting, proficient in MS Office/Excel
• Self-motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates with a diploma or degree in Accounting are encouraged to apply
• Able to handle full set of accounts with guidance
• Internship students are welcome with a training allowance ranging from RM800 - RM1,500
