We’re looking for a detail-oriented & proactive Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong foundation in financial management, reporting, and compliance, this is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic property company!

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Oversee financial operations – Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and financial statements.
2. Ensure accuracy & compliance – Review journal entries & reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
3. Drive financial reporting – Prepare monthly & annual reports for management decision-making.
4. Monitor cash flow & budgets – Support financial planning & business strategy.
5. Collaborate with auditors – Handle audits & assist in tax compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MICPA is a plus!)
2. 3-5 years experience in full-set accounts & month-end closing.
3. Familiar with accounting software ie SAP.
4. Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation & compliance.
5. Mandarin speaking to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
