  • Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM3,800 per month

Job Title: Account Executive (AR/AP) - Mandarin Speaker

Job Scope / Responsibilities :

Accounting:

  • Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) including issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding receivables.

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) processes such as verifying supplier invoices, preparing payment vouchers, and ensuring timely payments.

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date financial records related to AR and AP.

  • Assist with account reconciliations, monitor aging reports, and etc. Organize and maintain proper filing of financial documents.

Administration:

  • Filing and record-keeping.

  • Supporting general office operations (answering phones, handling mail, etc.).

  • Assisting with internal communications and coordinating meetings.

  • Managing petty cash and bank reconciliations.

  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or related fields.

  • Prefer to have talent who are familiar with Autocount. (If dont know, training will be provided)

  • Basic accounting knowledge and skills (Excel proficiency is often required).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively.

Working Location: Subang Jaya

Working Days: Mon - Fri (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
