Role And Responsibilities

• Oversee inter-company accounts payable processes
• Administer plant-wide contracts and agreements
• Supervise manual invoice entry and two-way match invoices
• Conduct monthly accounts reconciliation
• Validate withholding tax and service tax payments
• Manage local and global employee claims, Yukoy registration, and interface with travel booking systems and ERP
• Establish and uphold internal control procedures
• Analyze expenses and financial reports
• Coordinate yearly financial audits and prepare financial statements
• Fulfill ad-hoc duties and reports as directed by management

Qualifications And Key Skills

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in accounting, ACCA, CIMA, or other equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Audit experience is a plus
• Hands-on team players who can deal with all levels of personnel
• Strong interpersonal skills, project management abilities, attention to detail, and result-oriented mindset
• German-speaking candidates with knowledge of European VAT are preferred
