We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. If you’re passionate about financial management and want to contribute to a thriving company, we'd love to meet you. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions while driving operational excellence and supporting the company's financial growth.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee AP and AR work and reports.
• Monthly closing for management report and related activities
• Inventory aging report and related activities including stock take.
• Quarterly BNM report submission.
• SAP coding set up and all related matters.
• Audit and related works.
• Review costing and prepare company's budget.
• Liaise with consultants for compilation of transfer pricing and tax filing.
• Oversee and prepare 2 companies accounting report.
• Updating of Fixed Asset
• Yearly Insurance renewal
• Other ad hoc matters that relate to finance / account department

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work with team member and provide guidance.
• Able to initiate and provide knowledge to facilitate Company’s operation.
• Independent and responsible
• Familiar with SAP system (experience in implementation of SAP system would be an advantage)
