Job description

1. Handle the full set of accounts, ensuring compliance with audit financial requirements and relevant laws & regulations.

2. Generate the company's financial reports, including computing the statement of profit and loss.

3. Prepare various analyses, the company's budget, costing reports, financial reports, monthly cash flow projections, and production performance reports.

4. Manage the company's income and expenditure accounts.

5. Re-evaluate financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs.

6. Carry out ISO internal audits and take full responsibility for both internal and external audits, as well as tax and financing matters.

7. Monitor inventory and arrange physical stock takes.

8. Review insurance policies, handle claims, and refunds.

9. Prepare payments to suppliers, including verifying and approving expenses.

10. Review financial statements to ensure compliance with tax legislation.

11. Prepare tax computations, tax estimates, liaise with tax agents on tax issues, and handle tax field audits.

12. Review existing accounting policies & procedures and propose continuous improvements.

13. Prepare, update, and process invoices, payments, monthly sales/financial reports, and debit/credit notes.
