Join our Malaysia team as an Accountant to carry out general accounting operations across all accounting areas for assigned legal entities, in compliance with Siemens FRG and other accounting instructions and operational controls.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage the overall financial statements of low-complexity entities.
• Ensure governance of Siemens FRG, Chart of Accounts, policies, guidelines, and internal controls.
• Deliver closing and reporting services according to company regulations and guidelines using the P41 ERP system.
• Ensure business transactions are accurately reflected based on policies and guidelines.
• Maintain the completeness of accounting transactions monthly.
• Perform analytical reviews of financial statements.
• Review journal vouchers submitted by business units.
• Ensure timely submission of internal and external reports.
• Assist senior accountants in preparing audit schedules and central transaction journal entries.
• Provide accounting training sessions.
• Support the implementation of guidelines and processes.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Degree in Accounting or a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial audits.
• Experience in general accounting functions, with exposure to business requirements and interfaces. Experience working in a multinational environment using SAP FICO.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with problem-solving capabilities.
