As part of our continued development, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.

You will be working in a collaborative and high-performing finance team that supports multiple entities within the Group across several jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform day-to-day finance operations, including processing of expenses and invoices across local and global entities.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and consistency across financial records.
- Support bank and cash book reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, such as VAT and other statutory documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve operational efficiency and standardize financial processes.
- Support month-end closing processes, including accruals, prepayments, and cost recognition.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Maintain financial documents and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Undertake ad-hoc finance tasks or projects as assigned by the Senior Finance Manager.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, ideally in financial services or fintech.
- Currently pursuing or part-qualified in a professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an advantage.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
- Experience with financial systems and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English; ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is an advantage due to the nature of regional business operations.
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
- Team player with a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
