As part of our continued development, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.

You will be working in a collaborative and high-performing finance team that supports multiple entities within the Group across several jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform day-to-day finance operations, including processing of expenses and invoices across local and global entities.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and consistency across financial records.
• Support bank and cash book reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, such as VAT and other statutory documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve operational efficiency and standardize financial processes.
• Support month-end closing processes, including accruals, prepayments, and cost recognition.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Maintain financial documents and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Undertake ad-hoc finance tasks or projects as assigned by the Senior Finance Manager.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, ideally in financial services or fintech.
• Currently pursuing or part-qualified in a professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
• Experience with financial systems and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English; ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is an advantage due to the nature of regional business operations.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
• Team player with a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
