Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions, including the timely submission of P&L and Balance Sheet, reconciliation, AR, AP, financial reporting, and other management reports.
Prepare annual financial statements, financial projections, budgets, contract costings, and financial analysis as required.
Perform budgetary control and implement corrective and cost-saving measures.
Prepare annual tax computations and review tax estimations for the Group to ensure compliance with current tax legislation.
Prepare sales and service tax returns.
Responsible for E-Invoicing submission and ensure all requirements comply with local authorities.
Monitor overall company accounting and taxation functions.
Review monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Ensure on-time submission and accuracy of financial operations and management reporting.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant parties for statutory and legislative requirements.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting, ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an Accountant position.
Experience working in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of Corporate Tax and GST taxation.
Good leadership skills in managing the finance team.
A team player with good communication skills.
