Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the finance department with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting tasks including AP, AR, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.

Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and analysis.

Monitor company cash flow and assist in budget preparation.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

Must can communicate and read in Mandarin to communicate with our HQ.

Age not more than 45 years old.

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Good understanding of Malaysian accounting and taxation standards.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
