iHeal Medical Services is seeking a Finance Executive to manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with MFRS accounting standards. The role involves overseeing finance staff, preparing management reports, and liaising with auditors. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in finance and a proactive attitude in a multi-disciplinary medical environment.

Responsible for the privacy of your own user ID and password to access onto the accounting and operation system

Key responsibilities:-

Responsible for timely preparation of Subsidiaries monthly, quarterly and yearly management reports and financial statements, schedules, analysis and commentaries and ensure accuracy of the reports all the times.

Responsible for ensuring that the Finance Staffs carry out their duties diligently and adhere to the Company’s and departmental procedures, policies and standards at all times.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all the relevant statutory financial reports.

Implement & monitor to ensure all related effective internal controls are in place and compliance with Group policies.

Responsible for liaising with auditors and managing interim and annual audit processes to ensure timely completion of audited financial reporting and annual tax filing.

Responsible for working with the subsidiary General Manager and preparing the annual budgets and forecast for submission to Group Finance.

Monitoring the annual budget vs actual expenses .

Cash flow management and monitoring.

Lead and coach the Finance team on daily financial operational matters.

Ensure compliance with MFRS accounting standards, regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting and company policy.

Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues and financial commitments.

Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payments, reporting and other tax requirements.

Review the product costing, pricing strategy to assist the department and company towards stated goals and objectives.

Liaise with external parties such as bankers, legal advisors, tax agents and authorities.

Task Relief / Ad-Hoc Task:-

IPO listing exercise

Events support including preparation of event material, enquiries and promotions.

Any other task as assigned by the Management.
