Accounting
Daily Accounting and Bookkeeping: Be responsible for the company's daily accounting operations, including but not limited to bookkeeping, calculation, and reporting, to ensure the accuracy of all financial data. Strictly review various expense disbursements to ensure that expense reimbursements comply with company regulations and financial systems. Regularly prepare financial statements to truthfully reflect the company's financial position, operating results, and cash flows, providing strong data support for management decision-making.
Tax Management: Be familiar with local tax regulations and policies in Malaysia, accurately conduct various tax declarations, such as corporate income tax, value-added tax, etc., to ensure the company's tax compliance. Be responsible for export tax rebate management, sort out and optimize the export tax rebate process, and handle tax rebate operations in a timely manner to create favorable conditions for the company's capital flow. Actively communicate and coordinate with tax authorities to deal with tax inspections and other related matters.
Financial Management and Analysis: Participate in the preparation and implementation of the company's financial budget, monitor the budget execution, conduct regular variance analysis, and propose improvement suggestions. Assist in cost accounting and control, conduct in-depth analysis of cost components, and provide professional opinions on cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Regularly analyze the company's financial situation, prepare financial analysis reports, and provide valuable references for the company's business decisions.
Asset Management: Be responsible for the accounting and management of the company's assets and inventories. Conduct regular asset inspections and inventories to ensure the safety and integrity of assets. Supervise and manage the purchase, use, and disposal of assets to optimize asset allocation and improve asset utilization efficiency.
Financial Process and Informationization Construction: Assist in sorting out and optimizing the company's financial processes to improve financial work efficiency and management level. Participate in the construction and maintenance of the company's financial information system to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of system data and promote the digital transformation of financial work.
Other Tasks: Complete other temporary financial tasks assigned by superiors, actively cooperate with other departments within the company, and provide necessary financial support and assistance.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above in accounting, financial management, auditing, or other finance-related majors.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of financial work experience. Experience in financial work at engineering enterprises is preferred. Candidates familiar with local financial regulations and business processes in Malaysia will be given priority.
Professional Skills: Proficient in financial accounting, financial management, tax planning, and other professional knowledge, with a solid financial foundation. Familiar with local tax regulations and fiscal policies in Malaysia, and capable of independently completing tax declaration and other work. Skilled in using financial software and office software, such as Kingdee, UFIDA, Excel, etc., and able to handle financial data efficiently.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese, which can be used as the working language, and be able to communicate effectively with the domestic headquarters and relevant company departments.
Comprehensive Qualities: Serious and responsible in work, meticulous, with strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics. Have good teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills, and be able to cooperate effectively with personnel from different departments. Have strong learning ability and adaptability, and be able to quickly master new knowledge and skills to adapt to the company's business development and changes.
Certification Requirements: Holding relevant accounting certificates, such as CPA, ACCA, etc., is preferred.
