About the role

We are seeking anAccounts Executive to join our dynamic team at SP Sam Property Sdn Bhd based in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the company's financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Reconciling transactions and maintaining accurate financial records

Assisting with the preparation of full set of financial reports and statements

Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies

Collaborating with other departments to resolve any financial queries or issues

Any other ad hoc duty assigned by the management from time t time

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, in finance / Accountancy

Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounts or finance role

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities

Must fluent both spoken & written in Mandarin Language & English Language. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
