Job description

ZAMOZA Group Sdn Bhd is a growing property company based in Johor Bahru, seeking a passionate Accountant to enhance their accounting/financial skills, experience, and career growth with us. We value teamwork and a positive working environment for our employees.

Job Scope
  1. Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations in daily operations.
  2. Responsible for the preparation of full set accounts.
  3. Provide accounting/financial reporting to the Director and support advising on financial matters to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
  4. Prepare and review financial reports, including general ledger transactions, reconciliations, banking records, and related financial information.
  5. Process payment applications and verify checks before payments are made.
  6. Prepare financial statements based on accounting principles, ensuring appropriate controls are in place.
  7. Collaborate with other departments on the annual budget estimation.
  8. Coordinate with external auditors and submit documents for audits.
  9. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualification Requirements
  1. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, LCCI, or equivalent.
  2. Proficiency in Malay and English.
  3. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  4. Strong knowledge of full set accounts, income management, expenses, equity, assets, liabilities, and accounting software (AutoCount).
  5. Positive attitude, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
  6. Compliance with accounting laws and regulations.
  7. Integrity and teamwork skills.
