Job description

Review TT payment forms, cheques, payment vouchers, receiving vouchers, journal vouchers, sales reports, AR and AP ageing reports, invoices, and bank reconciliations.

Approve petty cash claims and vouchers, conduct monthly cash counts.

Manage credit control by approving sales orders and assessing customer credit limits.

Prepare monthly account closing, including journals for depreciation, prepayments, and bank revaluations.

Maintain records for ISO Tanks/Storage Tanks status.

Compile monthly bank borrowings summaries.

Prepare quarterly sales versus sales personnel reports.

Review monthly sales reports and AR & AP ageing reports.

Develop audit schedules, management reports, HOD reports, and KPI reports.

Prepare and submit monthly SST reports.

Generate financial statements for audit purposes.

Coordinate with tax agents for tax computations and verify the accuracy of tax filings.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

ACCA & a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficiency in SAP systems.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

Effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
