Job summary

Ces-Wood Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full sets of accounts efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely financial processing.

You will maintain the general ledger, reconcile intercompany accounts, verify supplier invoices, issue payment vouchers, and assist with preparing balance sheets and profit and loss statements.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to summarize financial status for management review.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Proficient in general ledger maintenance and intercompany reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts efficiently, accurately and on a timely manner.
• Maintain general ledger by compiling, analyzing account information and recording asset, liability, revenue and expenses transactions.
• Maintain and balance intercompany accounts by reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Responsible for daily accounting activities such as check and verifying supplier's invoices, issue payment vouchers and other ad-hoc assigned by Superior.
• Summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss and other statements.

Handle full sets of accounts efficiently, accurately and on a timely manner but not limited to:

Proper filling system and etc.

Maintain general ledger by compiling, analyzing account information and recording asset, liability, revenue and expenses transaction.

Maintain and balance intercompany accounts by verifying, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.

Responsible for daily accounting activities such as check and verifying supplier's invoices, issue payment voucher and other ad-hoc assigned by Superior.

Summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss and other statements.
