Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
• Responsible for the preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for audits and regulatory compliance.

Skills

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements

Job description

The ideal candidate will be involved in the preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for the preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e., AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercises as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax, and government authorities, where required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Able to relocate to JB
• Working location: Taman Perindustrian Alam Jaya, 81500 Pekan Nanas, Johor.
