Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation of full set accounts.
2. Perform data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
3. Update and reconcile accounts payable, supplier statements, bank statements, Aspire reconciliation/budget limits, and bank accounts regularly.
4. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal adjustments, accruals, and reconciliations.
5. Assist in drafting financial statements in accordance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
6. Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required, along with English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to learn.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and familiar with accounting systems.
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative and collaborate as part of a team.
