Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Handle tax, audit, and statutory compliance (SST, income tax, etc.) with preparation and submit tax filings, liaising with tax consultants and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Monitor collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Ensure accurate financial documentation and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in financial planning and analysis for construction projects, track and monitor construction project expenditures to prevent cost overruns.
  • Generate supplier and customer Statement of Account including checking payment status.
  • Work with financial institutions on funding options, credit facilities, and other financial arrangements.
  • Assist in feasibility studies, financial modeling, and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
  • Generate reports for company assets and expenses.
  • Basic knowledge about E-invoice implementation.
  • Able to speak fluent Mandarin.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Account services.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
