Job Title: Accountant (In-House)

Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to manage our in-house accounts and support the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling full sets of accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.

Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor cash flow and prepare regular cash flow reports.

Ensure timely submission of SST and other statutory filings (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax).

Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.

Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting.

Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and compliance purposes.

Identify areas for process improvement in the finance function.

Support ad-hoc tasks or analysis as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting or finance.

Proficient in accounting software (SQL Account System ).

Solid understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and taxation.

Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Additional Information:

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range: Based on experience
