About the role

We’re looking for a committed and experienced Account & Tax Executive to join our dynamic team in a professional accounting firm that supports a wide range of SMEs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting and taxation who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a supervisory or client-facing role.

What you'll be doing

Manage full sets of accounts for assigned clients

Prepare and review tax computations and submissions for companies and individuals

Provide advisory on CP204, CP500, SST, E-Invoice, tax planning and other tax matters

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines

Liaise with clients, auditors, LHDN, and relevant authorities

Mentor junior staff where necessary and assist in internal process improvement

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

A professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA) or equivalent

At least 1 year of of relevant working experience in an accounting or tax firm

Familiar with Malaysian tax laws, regulations and compliance requirements

Proficient in the use of accounting software (ie Autocount, SQL, XERO etc)

Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
