A leading company in Puchong is looking for an Account Executive to handle full set accounts and client liaising. Ideal candidates possess at least a diploma in finance with 1-2 years’ experience. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, and Mandarin is an advantage. Flexibility and self-discipline are essential.
Preparation of full set accounts within timeline (management reports, account receivables, account payables, bank reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger, etc.)
Data entry from clients’ source documents
Assist in implementation work and preparation for e-INVOICE submission on time
Assist in preparation of Form E submission
Preparation of SST reports and submission on time
Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Liaise with clients regarding management accounts
Liaise with auditors and tax agents on clients’ account matters
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years’ experience in a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proactive, good interpersonal skills, responsible, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written. Spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
