About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Staff to join the dynamic team at Toyota Penampang. As an Account Staff, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the overall accounting functions. This is a full-time position based in Penampang, Sabah, offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with a leading automotive brand.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, bills, and payments
• Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to suppliers
• Reconciling bank statements and managing petty cash
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

• Qualified Accountant (Possess degree or relevant certification in accounting or finance)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience and strong knowledge in accounting within the automobile industry is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
