Account Servicing Manager (Events Services)

The Job:
- Proactively stay in contact with major customers, maintaining and fostering strong relationships to ensure business growth and continuity.
- Develop plans to expand the customer base, explore new business opportunities, and meet company revenue and yield objectives.
- Be aggressive in networking to build referrals and generate leads.
- Prepare pitches and presentations.
- Develop costing and quotations.
- Oversee project delivery within the stipulated schedule, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Coordinate with procurement, project teams, and all relevant parties to ensure specifications and customer requirements are adequately addressed.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing effective solutions to ensure quality deliveries.
The Person:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, client servicing, relationship management, proactive marketing, and project management. Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for senior positions.
- Experience in brand activation, events, and exhibitions industry is an advantage.
- Strong networking skills and ability to identify potential leads.
- Result-oriented, goal-driven, with a high level of enthusiasm and proven sales records.
- Excellent sales pitching, presentation, problem-solving, analytical skills, and multitasking ability.
- Strong communication (verbal & written), negotiation, public relations, and leadership skills.
- Flexible, creative, persistent, confident, and pleasant disposition.
- Experience leading and motivating a team to meet KPIs and project deliverables.
