Job Description

As a member of our Client Services Team, you will be the professional and client-centric voice of Experian Credit Services Singapore, maintaining and servicing our small to medium-sized accounts. You will provide solutions that best meet our clients’ requirements, in accordance with our organization’s best practices, delivering a best-in-class service experience, driving successful account renewals, and fostering portfolio growth.

We are seeking a self-driven, accountable, assertive team player with a can-do attitude and relevant experience in Accounts Renewal and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have worked in MNCs or financial institutions and demonstrated the ability to navigate the complexities of a fast-paced and challenging environment.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Proactively and promptly engaging clients to drive renewal and growth of the assigned portfolio.
  2. Understanding client requirements and providing direct product recommendations through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  3. Providing a best-in-class service experience by effectively handling all inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner within the agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
  4. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory policies and adhering to standard protocols and processes.
  5. Achieving or exceeding targets and objectives (e.g., renewal percentage, NPS scores).
  6. Assuming any reports or tasks relevant to account servicing and renewals as assigned.
Qualifications

What you’ll need to bring to the team

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts renewal and/or customer service.
  • A strong client-centric mindset and ability to connect with diverse client profiles.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent situational handling skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive with a positive learning attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Diploma or Degree in Business or relevant fields.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s business landscape is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
