- Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles, including bank reconciliation, schedules, journal entries, and other deliverable required for reporting purposes.
- Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparation and data interpretation of management report, financial analysis, budgets and forecast.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Interact with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other related parties
- Ensure compliance of e-invoicing platforms, ensuring accurate data upload and synchronization with tax authorities' platforms where applicable.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Higher Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent is an advantage.
- At least3 yearsworking experience in related field, knowledge and experience in accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Possess own transport.
- Required Skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, SQL Accounting System.
