A leading advisory firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a financial analyst who will perform various analyses, prepare financial reports, and guide accounting staff. Key Responsibilities:
•Perform financial analysis on the client's management account
•Exceptional interpersonal skills toward efficiently communicating new business processes and procedures
•Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
•Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information and also handling tax planning
•Documents financial transactions by entering account information
•Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
•Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
•Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
•Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
•Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
•Perform any other duties as assigned, relevant to the role.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Prefer with 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Possess relevant accounting and finance degree or professional qualification
• Be able to work under stress
• Be able to speak and write Chinese and English
• Good communication skill and negotiation skill
• Professional and honest
• Previous audit and tax experience, or experience working as a business advisor in the accounting, finance, and tax industries, is preferred
