Job description
Accounting & Financial Management – Internal accounting
- Preparation and handling of monthly management accounts and monthly accounting schedules
- Preparation of financial budgets, financial analysis, and cash flow budgets
- Issuance of invoices and monitoring accounts receivables/payables
- Preparation and submission of SST returns in compliance with tax regulations.
- Preparation and submission of tax estimation, tax computation, tax applications, and all other income tax-related matters for internal accounts.
- Liaising with auditors and tax agents for yearly accounts audits and tax matters.
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations
- Managing bank-related matters including account opening, loan applications, and liaising with financial institutions as required.
Payroll & HR Administration – Outsource payroll and HR services for our clients
- Processing monthly payroll
- Preparation and submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF) in compliance with local regulations.
- Preparation of payroll-related documents including Form E, EA, and other necessary forms.
- Preparation and review of employee handbooks and employment contracts for clients, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- Providing advisory services to clients on payroll and HR-related matters such as leave policies, benefits, and employment regulations.
Administrative & Operational Support - Internal administrative tasks
- Handling all administrative matters related to accounts and operations, including:
- Property management (rental agreements, tenancy renewals, and maintenance coordination).
- Staff claims verification and expense approvals.
- Office maintenance, procurement of refreshments and stationery.
- Implementation of e-Invoicing, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and corporate policies.
- Staying updated on and executing regulatory updates/changes that impact the company’s financial and operational functions.
- Assisting senior management with ad hoc tasks as required to support overall business operations and compliance.
